Return and Refund Policy
At Victoria Wellington, we want you to be happy with your order. If an item doesn't suit you, you can request a return within 30 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with its original tags, if applicable.
You are welcome to try on the item to check the size and fit.
How to request a return
To start a return request, contact us at victoria.wellingtonsupport@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
We will then provide you with the necessary instructions to complete your return.
Please do not return an item before receiving our return instructions.
Return shipping costs
Except in cases involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please check your order upon receipt.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at victoria.wellingtonsupport@gmail.com, providing your order number and, if possible, photos of the issue.
We will review the situation and advise you on the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, where possible.
Please note that after the refund has been issued, your bank or payment service provider may need additional time before the amount appears in your account.
Incorrect address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at victoria.wellingtonsupport@gmail.com. However, we cannot guarantee that a change will be possible once the order has been processed or shipped.
